Terri Walton is a nationally board certified (ABC) and Florida licensed Pedorthist specializing in custom orthotics and fine, handcrafted sandals. She received her BA from Brown University and later pursued foot health as a career focus due to a personal foot injury resulting in osteoarthritis sustained from years of playing soccer.
Terri attended the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science at Chicago Medical School to become a board certified Pedorthist. Terri then rounded out her shoemaking education by attending the Shoe School in Washington State, the Randy I Merrell Institute of Boot Making, and Merrell FootLab in Utah, and attending Italian shoe design workshops at Arsutoria School. Over the past 20 years she has practiced seeking out footwear solutions that provide her clients with enhanced comfort and mobility. Currently her focus is centered on creating transformative orthotics and sandals for the Florida Gulf Coast communities.
Terri also received an M.Div. from Andover Newton Theological School and ministered with her husband to a small beloved church in Vermont. In her spare time, she enjoys walking at the beach and throughout Sarasota County Parks. Terri enthusiastically enjoys engaging with her community, exploring local restaurants, gardening and spending time with her family.
